Our interpreter booking form has changed

01 October 2015

From 1 October 2015 the TIS National online interpreter booking form will no longer provide the option to request an on-site interpreter. Only pre- booked phone requests can still be made through the  interpreter booking form. All on-site bookings must be requested through TIS Online.

TIS Online allows clients to request, manage and monitor all of their TIS National on-site interpreter bookings. This change will help us process booking requests in the shortest possible time frame, while ensuring our clients receive the highest credentialed interpreter available.

For any questions about TIS Online or the change to the interpreter booking form, please contact your Client Liaison Account Manager or the TIS Online Support team.
